Vitamin B1 and B12 are essential for energy metabolism, while vitamin B6 is involved in the metabolism of amino acids and proteins and ensures normal functioning of the body’s organ tissues and systems, particularly in old age and is also necessary to maintain energy and general vitality. Folic acid helps maintain cognitive performance.
Vitamin D3 It contributes to the maintenance of bones and teeth and to the normal functioning of the muscles and immune system.

Recommended use
